- Members: mobile number (required); name, date of birth, email (optional); purchase and points history.
- Enquiries: the name, contact details and message you send us.
- Job applicants: the information in your CV.
- Website visitors: server access logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To run your membership and calculate and redeem points;
- To answer enquiries and provide after-sales support;
- To process job applications;
- With your consent, to send you promotions and event updates.
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf (such as our membership system and cloud hosting providers), who must protect it to the same standard, or with authorities where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Only for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent (for example, to marketing messages) at any time. Withdrawing consent may affect the services we can provide — for example, points cannot be kept once a membership is closed.
